Want Windmill Electricity? Don’t Assume You Can Have It!

Author: Whether you agree or disagree with your cities rules on residential windmills, you will still need to find out what the rules are before erecting one on your property and enjoying windmill electricity for yourself.
I personally feel that as long as you are following safety rules then you should be able to have one if you want to and can afford it. Unfortunately this is not the case in most communities. Spending $15,000 more or less to buy a residential windmill and have it put up is a lot of money if you are just going to have to take it down.
California is known for its obsession for going green. California is also known for its numerous rules and regulation for just about everything you could think off. Another thing California is known for is its picky residents.
